Steps to Follow:
Wash your face/skin with water at least twice a day. Use warm water to clean your face and always remember to pat your skin dry and not to rub it. Also always use a gentle soap to cleanse your face.
Every morning use a moisturizer after applying a toner. Using a toner is optional. In the night apply a thick moisturizer with vitamin c. Vitamin c helps is an anti-ageing element and also helps remove dead cells from the skin. Vitamin A based moisturizers also helps in softening of skin and also peels of dead layers of skin.
Use a scrub to remove dead skin cells at least once in a week. Use home made scrubs like honey with sugar, rub it over your face and wash off with warm water.
The sun does help in the production of Vitamin D, but over exposure to sunlight causes burns and dries your skin extensively. To give yourself the needed protection, always wear a sunscreen before you head out in the sun. Wear protective clothing like scarves to keep your skin away from direct exposure to sunlight.
